New Term Starts For The 'Children's Art Course'
The 'Children's Art Course,' conducted by instructor Şenol Özdevrim as part of the Girne Municipality Culture & Art Courses, has commenced its new term activities. Held every Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00 at the Girne Municipality Culture Centre, the event provides art education to students aged 5-13.  This special course aims to introduce children to the world of art and enhance their creativity. Students will have the opportunity to discover and improve their talents in the field of art and to express themselves through painting, handicrafts, clay work, and other artistic activities.

The education will continue throughout the year, providing participants with an environment to enhance their artistic abilities and gain new experiences.

The Theatre Groups of Girne Municipality will perform "Shakespeare's Ghost" again, this time in Lefkosa. The play, which has received intense interest from the audience since its first performance, will be staged at Lefkosa Atatürk Cultural Centre on Thursday, April 18th, at 20:30. In the announcement made by the Theatre Groups of Girne Municipality, it was mentioned that art enthusiasts who want to watch the play can obtain their tickets from the website www.kibrisbiletcim.com. Written by Ufuk Aydoğan and directed by Batuhan Oruç, the cast of the play includes Kıvanç Giritli, Ömer Dündar, Fatima Saatova, and Shernaz Yardımcı. The play "Crocodile Fire" will be performed in Girne on 26th and 27th April. The Turkish actress, Hazar Ergüçlü, is in the starring  role. She is famous in Turkey for her part in the series titled "Pearl Drops."  The play is sponsored by Girne Municipality and Birinci Global in collaboration with Kamacı Group, Özmerhan Group, Rocks Hotel, Uptown Hotel, and Girne American University.  The play will be performed at Girne American University Spectrum Hall, starting at 20:00 pm. Girne Municipality, Social Affairs Branch Directorate, has announced that half of the revenue from the play will be donated to the Champion Angels Foundation, and the other half will be donated to Girne Municipality Animal Shelter and Rehabilitation Centre.
