"Being Cem" To Be Performed For The Champions Angels
Cem Özer, a famous artist from Turkey, will perform "Being Cem" for the Champions Angels'.

The musical "Being Cem," will be specially staged for the Champions Angels Association, and performed in 4 cities from March 1st to March 4th.

Combining music and dance, and paying tribute to Cem Karaca, the musical presents itself to the audience with Cem Özer and his team of 12. It was announced that all proceeds from the play will be collected for the Champions Angels Association, with ticket prices set at 300 TL. Tickets can be purchased from the website www.kibrisbiletcim.com.

This special show, where music and dance are skillfully blended, will stage a magnificent visual feast with the spectacular songs of the legendary figure of Turkish rock music, Cem Karaca, accompanied by modern dance performances.

When And Where?

The musical, "Being Cem," will meet the audience on March 1st at the Girne American University Spectrum Hall, followed by March 2nd at the Gazimağusa Rauf Raif Denktaş Congress and Culture Center, March 3rd at the Güzelyurt Municipality Theater Hall, and on March 4th at the Near East University Lefkoşa Atatürk Congress and Culture Center.

As well as online ticket sales from the website www.kibrisbiletcim.com, tickets can also be obtained from Girne Municipality New Service Building (Information Desk), Famagusta Municipality, Güzelyurt Municipality, and all Gloria Jean’s Coffees branches.  Tickets will also be available for sale at the door on the days of the performances.

The Theatre Groups of Girne Municipality will perform "Shakespeare's Ghost" again, this time in Lefkosa. The play, which has received intense interest from the audience since its first performance, will be staged at Lefkosa Atatürk Cultural Centre on Thursday, April 18th, at 20:30. The play "Crocodile Fire" will be performed in Girne on 26th and 27th April. The Turkish actress, Hazar Ergüçlü, is in the starring  role. She is famous in Turkey for her part in the series titled "Pearl Drops."  The play is sponsored by Girne Municipality and Birinci Global in collaboration with Kamacı Group, Özmerhan Group, Rocks Hotel, Uptown Hotel, and Girne American University.  The play will be performed at Girne American University Spectrum Hall, starting at 20:00 pm. Girne Municipality, Social Affairs Branch Directorate, has announced that half of the revenue from the play will be donated to the Champion Angels Foundation, and the other half will be donated to Girne Municipality Animal Shelter and Rehabilitation Centre.
