Karaoğlanoğlu Antis Sea Festival has been completed

The 'Karaoğlanoğlu Antis Sea Festival', which was held for the second time this year as part of the 'Girne Arkın Group Fest24', held a magnificent finale on Sunday, September 15. The festival, which started on Thursday, September 12, became the address of culture, art and sports for 4 days.

On Sunday, September 15, the last day of the festival; At 06:00, Fishing Contest in Memory of Gülseren Ataker, Beach Volleyball at 11:00, Chair Game at 18:00, Limbo Dance Competition at 19:00 and Retro Instrumentalists concert at 20:00 came to life. Again, at 19:00, the award ceremonies of the competitions that continued for 4 days were held.

The Theatre Groups of Girne Municipality will perform "Shakespeare's Ghost" again, this time in Lefkosa. The play, which has received intense interest from the audience since its first performance, will be staged at Lefkosa Atatürk Cultural Centre on Thursday, April 18th, at 20:30. In the announcement made by the Theatre Groups of Girne Municipality, it was mentioned that art enthusiasts who want to watch the play can obtain their tickets from the website www.kibrisbiletcim.com. Written by Ufuk Aydoğan and directed by Batuhan Oruç, the cast of the play includes Kıvanç Giritli, Ömer Dündar, Fatima Saatova, and Shernaz Yardımcı. The play "Crocodile Fire" will be performed in Girne on 26th and 27th April. The Turkish actress, Hazar Ergüçlü, is in the starring  role. She is famous in Turkey for her part in the series titled "Pearl Drops."  The play is sponsored by Girne Municipality and Birinci Global in collaboration with Kamacı Group, Özmerhan Group, Rocks Hotel, Uptown Hotel, and Girne American University.  The play will be performed at Girne American University Spectrum Hall, starting at 20:00 pm. Girne Municipality, Social Affairs Branch Directorate, has announced that half of the revenue from the play will be donated to the Champion Angels Foundation, and the other half will be donated to Girne Municipality Animal Shelter and Rehabilitation Centre.
