

TRNC Traffic Training Park Is Back In Operation
Minister of Public Works and Transport Erhan Arıklı visited the Northern Cyprus Turkcell Traffic Training Park, which will be reactivated, and made examinations.
Arıklı, who received information from Dr. Mehmet Avcı, President of the Association for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents TKOD, said, "This facility, which is very important for the traffic education of our children, needs to be restored to its old days as soon as possible. For this, we will start working as soon as possible in cooperation with stakeholders."
During the inspection of the education park, Minister Arıklı was accompanied by Ahmet Aydın, Director of the Traffic Department, and Hande Güzoğlu, Chief of Staff of the Ministry.
In the Education Park, which was put into service in 2010 with the cooperation of the Association for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents (TKÖD), the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Interior and Local Governments, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the General Directorate of Police and Northern Cyprus Turkcell; There are classrooms, administration buildings, a training track and a seat belt simulator. The training track includes a roundabout, bicycle paths, lighted intersections, vehicle paths, bicycle paths and pedestrian paths.
