Thank you Dolphin Movers for a great move back to the UK By Chris Elliott…. It seems many ex-pats, are leaving the TRNC for different reasons and sadly, I am one of them. Time to get ready In 2024 I decided I wanted to return to the UK to spend some time with my family after time spent living abroad so I went through a lengthy process of buying a property in the UK which was completed on 15th November 2024. Now there was the problem of getting both myself and my possessions back to the UK and of course, I had to be in my new home to receive my possessions. So I contacted Dolphin Movers and arranged for 7 Boxes of personnel possessions to be collected for shipment to the UK and was given a rough estimate of arrival at London receiving port of 20/21st December so  I arranged to fly back to the UK and moved into my new home on 14th December and started settling in and making ready for receiving my boxes. North Cyprus at BIT Milano Tourism Fair The Deputy Prime Ministry, Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment represented North Cyprus (TRNC) at one of Italy’s largest tourism fairs, the “BIT Milano Tourism Fair.” According to the statement made by the Ministry, while the historical and cultural richness of North Cyprus was promoted at the fair, it is also aimed to strengthen the relations between the country's travel agencies and Italian tour operators. Tatar:  “We will participate in the informal meeting in Geneva” President Ersin Tatar stated that they will participate in the informal meeting to be held in Geneva on 17-18 March. President Tatar received UN Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs Rosemary DiCarlo who is on the island to discuss Cyprus issue and the preparations for the informal meeting yesterday (10 February 2025). Tatar stated that during the one and a half hour meeting with DiCarlo, the meeting envisaged to be held in Geneva in March was discussed. He also expressed that that the informal meeting, which is expected to be attended by all parties, would be beneficial.
